If you cancel your Holiday

You or any member of your party may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be refund your account. The cancellation charges applicable are as per the published cancellation policy below:

Cancellation charges

Land Package
  • 30 days or more before departure: 40% of total cost
  • 29 - 20 days before departure: 60% of total cost
  • Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of total cost
  • No refund for cancellations on bookings from 15th December to 15th January .
  • No refunds for unused nights or early check-out in hotels.
  • Cancellations outside the cancellation policy will attract a 2% Cancellation penalty.
  • No refunds would be offered on the government ferry tickets or Private (Speed Catamaran) tickets, if already purchased.
  • We are not responsible for any Ferry changes due to bad weather condition or a technical problem, sailing of ferry absolutely depends on weather conditions.

Dear Guest: We are requested to you please bring your payment slip, payment receipt, Bank slip, Cheque details arrival at Andaman, Without details not confirm the payment.

  • The final Confirmation Voucher will send to you after receiving the advance payment.
  • We are not responsible for cancellation of flight due to airlines problems and if they provide any refund we will directly pay to you after deducting our service charges.
  • We are not responsible for paying the additional expenses due to the changes or delays in air, road, sea or indeed any other causes, all such expenses will have to be bear by you directly.
  • If you miss or unused any inclusions for example accommodation, meals, sightseeing, water sports, vehicle then it will not refunded to you.

Additional Information:
  • It is mandatory to carry photo ID proof ( Like Aadhaar Card, Election card, Pass port, Nationalized Bank ,Govt Servant Id Proof), while you are on tour.
  • Due to internet problem in Andaman...So it wouldnt be possible for online & card payments here.
  • In Andaman only three Networks are available, which is ( AIRTEL, BSNL AND VODAFONE )
  • Please note that our Tour Executive will be awaiting you holding a placard with your name , at the exit gate of the Veer Savarkar International Airport .
  • Also carry some summer type cloths, swim dress if need, slipper type for sea beach, 01 no. umbrella as per weather condition.
  • ATMs are available at Port Blair easily. At Neil island have no ATM, Havelock Island & other island you will get rear ATMs.
  • At port Blair : Check in and out check out time varies from Hotel and it is between 08:30 hours to 12:00 hours, Early check in and late checkout request will be accommodated by the Hotel during check in or check out and it is subject to availability and Hotel terms & A maximum of 3 adults are allowed in double occupancy room.
  • At Havelock Island : maximum hotel / resorts, the check in time around 11.30 am & check out time of hotel is 8.00 am , so after check out the hotel ,you keep the luggage at lobby area and spend time in many ways like enjoy your property or nearby beach or you can hire a 2 wheeler to explore the Havelock Island .

    **When you will come to Andaman and if you want to change the above hotels then you will pay different amount to the hotel/Our Company.

  • If you want to late checkout the hotel / resort, rooms are provided to you subject to availability of room and directly hotel person will do the same as per their terms & conditions. Or you can inform us in advance for this, we will arrange the same as per availability of room, charges are extra as per actual hotel conditions.
  • If rooms are not available as per your choice, we will inform the same and give you other option similar property. If you want to upgrade then the extra charge will be bear by you.
  • After check inn at hotel, our representative will describe you the itinerary days wise and also guide you if you required any information.
  • Closing day : Baratang Island, Lime Stone Cave , City Tour , Jolly Buoy , Mount Harriet , Ross & Smith Island is closed on Monday & Ross Island is closed on Wednesday & occasionally. Light & Sound Show is totally depend on whether condition. Once the ticket will purchase it cant be reschedule & refundable.
  • Baratang island have a restricted area so you will maintain law and order ,dont disturb tribal people, dont provide any type of food and photography for tribal Peoples. If you create any problem in that particular area ,then penalty will imposed against you by appropriate authority . we will not take any responsibility for your any type of misconduct.
  • The vehicle will be used as per our tour itinerary & will change sector wise. If the vehicle is used beyond the tour timings or itinerary, extra charges will be applicable and pay directly at Port Blair to our tour representative
  • All the sightseeing mentioned in itinerary are depends on weather conditions. If boat will cancel due to bad weather condition we will arrange an alternate tour at Port Bair but we will not provide you accommodation, it will be extra will pay by you.
  • If you want to do additional tour, it will be extra charge pay by you like additional sightseeing, dinner, etc. Also pay the extra amount for up gradation of Non AC to Ac Vehicle .
  • Due to inclement weather condition that may occur at Port Blair or other places, some of the sightseeing spots can be visited but may not be suitable for Water activities like( snorkeling ,Scuba Diving, Under water sea walk & Glass Boat Ride etc.
  • According to your itinerary vehicle is provide but if you want to go any places accept your itinerary then you will pay extra money directly to our company.(like Night diner outside hotel , Extra shopping ..etc (Extra shopping /Dinner Rs 800/- Per Day).
  1. Please note that whereas we undertake to provide you with a place on the sailing, a fixed seat is sometimes not possible and you may have to travel on deck. By default we book only the base category in Government Ferry.
  2. Ferry timings are subject to change at the governments discretion, and we assume no liability for disruption in schedule owing to the same, although we will do our best to implement your itinerary to the fullest and provide you with commensurate back-up options in case you are stranded for (say) the first night at Port Blair and the cost of the same will need to be borne by the guest.
  3. For all foreign national the RAP is required to book tickets and hence can only be bought after your arrival subject to availability. Our liability is limited to the value of the ticket.
  4. In case of foreign nationals/NRI/OCI tickets can only be bought after you land since the RAP number is mandatory to book the tickets and hence we cannot guarantee availability of tickets. In case you would like a guaranteed ticket you should book a flight that allows you to connect to Makruzz which departs at 0815 hrs from PB- Havelock for which we can book tickets one month in advance. For Indian nationals tickets can be booked only 02 days in advance and all tickets and seats are subject to availability. We require a ID proof of all Indian Nationals. We do arrange tickets as per guest preference and there are only one or two times a year when we are unable to arrange the same and we will be liable only to the value of the ticket.
  5. Andaman Great Holidays merely assist guest with transfers and incase of non availability of tickets or cancellations our liability is limited to the value of the ticket. We will certainly assist in arranging alternates and offer the same to the guest payment for which can be made directly.
  6. Ships sail for Port Blair to Havelock / Neil at 6.30 hrs or 14.00 and return from Havelock / Neil to Port Blair the same at 9.00hrs and 16.00 hrs. Ships belong to the Andaman and Nicobar govt. administration. Sailing of ships absolutely depends on weather conditions.
POINTS TO NOTE FOR MV MAKRUZZ / Green ocean/ Coastal Cruise/ Govt. Ferry:
  1. In case Makruzz /Green Ocean /Coastal Cruise/ Govt. Ferry are not operational due to bad weather condition, technical or other unavoidable reasons, we shall make the best possible alternate arrangements if as per availability. However, we will not be liable for any refund claims arising issues from this.
  2. Please note that the charges mentioned are only for the base category and incase the same is not available, we shall try and block you either on the DELUXE or ROYAL category and the difference for the same can be paid on arrival. We offer to book only the base category in our standard package.
